Los Angeles, Calif. — Roland is excited to announce the very first national Roland Atelier Organ Fest, to be held in Los Angeles in February 2009. If you’d like to compete, contact your Atelier dealer. Local festivals will be held at dealer locations throughout the U.S. From there, you may advance to the regional competition. Regional winners win a free trip to the National Finals in L.A, paid for by Roland.

The category criteria are as follows:

• Professional Division: Participants must be 18 or older and are defined as musicians that are paid to perform, teach or arrange organ music
• Participants may select their own performance piece and may incorporate sequencing provided it has been created in “real time†on the Roland Atelier by the performer

• Entrants must fill in the entry form, sign it and take or mail the form to their local Roland Atelier dealer.
